El alumnado de FP Básica del IES El Carmen ha comenzado ya los trabajos para implantar un jardín en el Instituto Mendizabala. Esta iniciativa forma parte del proyecto europeo KA2 Plant & Paint, que promueve prácticas sostenibles y creativas en el ámbito educativo. Gracias a su formación en jardinería, alumnado del IES El Carmen vendrá en más ocasiones para continuar con las labores de mantenimiento y embellecimiento del espacio. Esta colaboración no solo aportará naturaleza al entorno educativo, sino que también estrecha lazos entre centros formativos, promoviendo el aprendizaje práctico, el respeto por el medioambiente y el trabajo en equipo.
A blooming garden
Basic VET students from IES El Carmen have started the creation of a garden at Mendizabala. This initiative is part of the European KA2 Plant & Paint project, which promotes sustainable and creative practices in education. As they are training in gardening, the students from El Carmen will return to continue with the maintenance and beautification tasks. This collaboration brings nature into the school environment and strengthens the bond between centres, promoting hands-on learning, environmental awareness, and teamwork.
